Shipping 

Big Eye Lamp products are shipped via UPS, except for circumstances of special request or international logistics. 

 

Returns

Step 1: For non-defective and defective products: please call us at (888) 642-0842 before returning any lamp, regardless of the reason for return. If products shipped by Big Eye Lamp are received damaged, please call for further instructions.

We highly recommend that all returns should be insured and a proof-of-delivery should be obtained from your carrier. If items are damaged in return shipping, Big Eye Lamp cannot guarantee a refund to the customer. 

Non-defective products accepted for return must be in original factory packaging, free of personal markings and in new, resalable condition, and packed inside a protective shipping package. Non-defective products that are received within 30 days of the invoice date are fully refundable. Shipping/handling costs are not refunded.

While we don’t anticipate defective products, we proudly provide a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If determined to be a manufacturer defect, then we will repair or replace the defective lamp. Within 60 days of purchase, if a product is defective, we will send a prepaid return shipping label as a courtesy. After 60 days, the customer pays return shipping; Big Eye Lamp will pay for shipping to return a replacement product to the customer.
